Chief Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Chief Accountant to join our dynamic team. The role involves organizing and coordinating the company’s accounting activities, ensuring compliance with legal and fiscal regulations.

What is the profile we are looking for?
· Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position;
· Professional qualifications: certified accountant – CECCAR member – mandatory;
· Solid knowledge of accounting and financial reporting;
· Advanced knowledge of fiscal and accounting legislation;
· Skills in using accounting software – experience with ERP systems – SAP is an advantage;
· Competence in financial data analysis;
· Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail;
· Advanced English skills;
· Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite.

As Chief Accountant you will be responsible for:
Managing the preparation of balance sheets, trial balances, and financial statements;
Ensuring compliance with accounting and fiscal legislation;
Monitoring cash flows and financial results;
Managing the relationship with fiscal authorities and external auditors;
Preparing mandatory tax declarations;
Identifying and implementing financial optimization solutions;
Developing and implementing internal financial policies;
Collaborating with other departments for financial support;
Developing a collaborative and productive working environment;
